If you do not speak or understand English well enough to make our clinicians understand how they can help you, please consider bringing a family member or friend that does or ideally book a translator in advance of your appointment who can help.
We acknowledge that this is not always possible (especially on same-day appointments) but if you mention it to our administrative team at the time of booking, they will at least try to organise a telephone translator and sufficient time to address your needs.
