We have been looking at how we can improve access to our Practice services and would now like to invite you to contact us via Online Consultations as well as the normal channels
This is a new service where you can:
Submit an Administrative Enquiry such as :
- Request a Doctor’s letter or continuation of Fit/Sick Notes (med 3)
- Chase the status/ updates of any outstanding referrals
- Request your Repeat Prescription (or an Acute Prescription that you have had before)
- Chase your Test Results
You can also submit a non-urgent Medical Enquiry:
- Access general medical advice
- Request a routine appointment for yourself or someone else
No formal ‘sign-up’ or download is required for this and you can quickly and easily complete the request through most devices that can go online, for yourself or someone else (with their permission). It is securely processed and will be actioned rapidly by our own practice team who will keep you up to date on developments via text or phone.
Please note this is NOT for urgent problems as it can take 24-48hr to process online requests. For all same-day appointments, we ask that you contact the practice in the usual way or consider 111 or 999 if appropriate.
We are also rolling out a range of online assessments that can be completed on your smartphone that can help us keep an eye on your health conditions that will be tailored to your specific health needs but will save you having to come into the practice unless you choose to.
You can still access services and order repeat prescriptions online via SystmOnline, but this requires a sign-up and individualised ID login code and password
To access this centrally organised online service for the first time, please ask one of our receptionists for your individual access and ID code.
All new patients registering with the surgery will automatically receive a logon and password.
