The practice main site (Baslow Road) is open from 08.00 am to 18.30pm Monday to Friday for patients to attend. If the main door is closed, please press the buzzer and the staff will let you in. The branch sites, St Mary’s and Darnall Hall are open from 08.30 am to 18.00pm from Monday to Friday.
Telephone lines are open from 08.00 am to 18.30pm. During certain times , the phones may be answered by staff at Primary Care Sheffield that is subcontracted by the practice.
Online consultations are open 24 hours of the day, 7 days of the week for non-urgent appointment requests, medication queries, and administrative requests. The practice will respond to them on the same day unless in exceptional circumstances a query submitted later on in the day may receive a holding response with a clear plan the following working day. Please do not use online consultations for urgent queries.
